How will I be notified if I am selected for the Standby List?
Answer: Holland America Line will notify you and/or your travel advisor by email or phone. Please ensure that we have the most up to date and best email address and phone number for your booking by going into Online Check-in, once you have added yourself to the Standby List. Guests who are selected for the “Standby List” but do not ultimately travel, will not be entitled to a refund.
