Minor Guest Policy
Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. The chaperone may be a parent, relative, legal guardian, or another responsible adult, and must be at least 21 years of age. For organized student or youth groups, chaperones must be at least 25 years old, with one adult chaperone required for every five guests under the age of 21.
Regional Exceptions:
- For voyages departing from and returning to Australia and/or New Zealand, Europe, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan this policy applies to guests under 18 years of age.
- For voyages departing from and returning to Japan, the policy applies to guests under 20 years of age.
Infant Travel Policy:
Due to limited medical facilities onboard, reservations will not be accepted for:
- Infants younger than 6 months on most voyages.
- Infants younger than 12 months on Trans-Ocean voyages.
Travel Documentation for Minors: Minors under 18 traveling to certain foreign countries must be accompanied by both parents or present a notarized letter of consent from the non-traveling parent(s). If one parent is deceased or the child has only one legal parent, a notarized statement must be provided as proof.
