What is included in the charter hire price?
Answer: The following on-board amenities are included in the CHARTER HIRE at no additional cost to CHARTERER:
All meals (with the exception of meals served in specialty restaurants), accommodation and entertainment customarily offered on a Holland America Line cruise.
OPERATOR shall provide the following, standard events during the VOYAGE: Ask the Captain, High Tea Services and Chocolate Surprise. By request, CHARTERER may exchange one or more of these events for other events of like-kind-and-cost with prior approval of appropriate personnel from OPERATOR’s culinary operations, beverage operations, entertainment or onboard revenue department.
Internet: During charter site inspection voyages, OPERATOR shall provide up to 10 premium internet vouchers for designated members of CHARTERER’s staff. In addition, for the duration of the Voyage, OPERATOR agrees to provide a complimentary, dedicated Wi-Fi network for up to twenty-four (24) designated members of CHARTERER’s staff to access the internet on three (3) concurrent devices. CHARTERER agrees that in all instances internet access will be for business purposes only. CHARTERER may also purchase up twenty (20) “Surf” internet packages at a reduced rate of 50% per package prior to DEPARTURE DATE
Customized daily programs and menus with company logo
Fresh fruit in stateroom available on request via “Fruit Menu” card in stateroom
