Your next destination is El Paso, in the middle of the island. Here you will find and explore the La Caldera de Taburiente National Park Visitor Center. The volcanic crater has a circumference of 17 miles and is filled with dense pine forests, with some areas reaching almost a half a mile in depth. Travel the same road to San Pedro in Breña Alta to visit a cigar factory. Here you can admire how the cigars are rolled by hand, if you like, purchase them and other local products.
