Begin your adventure with a motorcoach ride from the pier along the picturesque southern route from the capital city to the famed south of the island.
Upon arrival at the dune buggy facility, listen to a safety briefing and operating instructions. Your buggy seats two, and there will be an opportunity to switch drivers midway so that everyone enjoys the full experience. Jump in, don your protective goggles, and hit the trail.
Maneuver your buggy along uneven paths and off-road trails to feel the thrill of driving through these breathtaking landscapes. Ride off-road through Barranco de Fataga, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana and the spectacular Natural Reserve Area. Throughout the tour, enjoy incredible views of the Gran Canaria valley and discover the variety of terrain that this part of the island offers.
After the tour, enjoy a transfer back to the pier.
Notes:
Bring a valid driver's license. Minimum age is 3 years. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty; the off-road portion can be very dusty. Ride will be bumpy; guests who are pregnant and those with a back or neck condition or a dust allergy are not allowed to participate. Maximum weight is 300 lbs. Minimum height is 1'6". Bring a bandana or scarf. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen. Bring bottled water.
