The icebergs and Arctic ice around Qaqortoq shelter a diverse range of animals, including humpback whales, minke whales, and a wide variety of birds. Keep your eyes open as there is a possibility of encountering one of these amazing creatures during this 45-minute scenic boat trip.

Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Both open and closed boats are used for this tour. Guests on the open boats will be provided with flotation suits, to stay warm on the tour. Suits are available in sizes from S - 3XL.Wear sturdy, non-skid walking shoes. Dress warmly in layers with a windproof and waterproof outer layer; bring a warm hat, gloves and a scarf.
