At the local market, browse among the stalls of fruit, vegetables, flowers, and fish.
Enter the Old Town to appreciate its historic buildings, narrow streets, and popular cafés. In the Lido area, which is popular with residents for its beaches and water-related activities.
Pass Santa Catarina Park as you bike back to the pier.
Notes:
Wear comfortable clothing. Wear closed-toe shoes (mandatory). The route may vary depending upon traffic and road conditions. You will cycle approximately nine miles over even road surfaces. Helmets are provided and must be worn. There is no interior visit to the market on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Public Holidays, only exterior visit.
