The sweeping Argentine Pampas -- the domain of gauchos -- beckons you to explore on horseback today. Whether you're a complete beginner needing a stately steed or an experienced rider looking for a spicier time, there is a horse or pony perfectly suited to your riding ability.
Listen to an informative talk about the ranch and the ponies (they are polo horses); then, select your pony and enjoy a refreshment as (s)he is being saddled for you. You'll set out on your ride, which takes you out onto the pampas for two hours in Argentina's countryside. And a great team of qualified instructors will be along for the ride.
A complete barbecue lunch offers excellent asado -- a selection of grilled meat (vegetarian options are available) accompanied by premium Argentine wines. Savor this opportunity to try delicious regional food.

Travel time is approximately 1 ¾ hours hours each way. No previous riding experience required; suitable for complete beginners. Bring biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Bring insect repellent; wear comfortable athletic clothing.
