Costa Rica's topography is among the most diverse in the world. Rolling hills, tall mountains, plains, valleys, and riverbeds are just part of the gorgeous landscape that makes you think of one word -- paradise.
Your sightseeing drive will start by heading east to Esparza. This town has become one of the most picturesque in Costa Rica's Central Pacific region. The central park and its church symbolize Costa Rica's hardworking rural towns.
Local childen dancers wearing colorful costumes greet you at the park and teach you about local traditions. Handmade souvenirs are sold here.
Your drive continues with some stretches along the Pacific Ocean. You will pass mango plantations and farming areas. Watch for native birds along the way. At sea level, admire the sweeping views of green rolling pastureland, with the ocean in the distance. The colorful homes along the way feature extensive gardens and living fences grown with the most beautiful plants -- the standard décor of Costa Rica's beautiful countryside.
The final stop is at El Jardin Souvenir, allowing you to sample delicious fruit and taste a cup of Costa Rican coffee .
