Huatulco's major attractions are its picturesque bays and sun-drenched coastline, with the jagged Sierra Madre Mountains as a striking backdrop. Secluded coves and sandy beaches provide the ideal setting for seaside resorts and water activities.
Board a comfortable motorized catamaran vessel for a relaxing scenic cruise from the harbor to Tangolunda Bay. You'll view the unusual rock formations at Organo Bay, tranquil Maguey Bay, Chahue Bay, Santa Cruz Bay with its gorgeous beaches, and the impressive blowhole nearby.
For your enjoyment, there's an open bar on board, serving domestic drinks and a snack.
At the marina, you will board an air-conditioned motorcoach and head to the charming town center of La Crucecita to visit Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Look up -- the ceiling sports the largest painting in the world.
Take photos at the Tangolunda Viewpoint and admire the picturesque tree-lined streets and central plaza of La Crucecita.
En route back to the pier, enjoy one final photo stop at the La Entrega Viewpoint. Take in the panoramic views of your ship in port, along with the dazzling crescent of white sand and emerald waters of La Entrega Beach.
Notes:
Suitable for guests using a wheelchair who can negotiate the four steps to (dis)embark the catamaran and bus. Due to local traffic restrictions, the coach parks about a half mile from the church and the plaza. Participants must be comfortably able to walk that distance round trip at a moderate pace. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water.
