With your 24-hour ticket, you can hop on and off the excursion bus at your leisure. Enjoy excellent views and an extensive multi-lingual (English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Russian and Norwegian) audio-commentary available through individual headphones.
A circuit including ten stops at important landmarks, museums and public spaces allows you to see whatever interests you. Stops include the Stavanger Cathedral, Old-Town Stavanger, the Ledaal Royal Residence and more.
Notes:
For ship calls docking in Mekjarvik, the Hop On Hop Off bus will pick up guests at the port with a dedicated departure time. Guests can take advantage of the shuttle service to return back from Stavanger to the ship in time for all aboard.
Wear comfortable walking shoes. A clean headset is issued to you at the beginning of your tour and you will keep it for the duration. The tour is open to the general public; you are merely purchasing a ticket for the bus service and are subject to traffic delays and possible wait times associated with the service.
Due to the nature of this service, there will be no refunds. It is your responsibility to return to the ship before all-aboard time. Multi-port packages and discounts for student and seniors are not available on board. Entrance fees to attractions along the route are not included. Participants must negotiate one step to board the bus.
