Walk with your guide from the pier towards City Hall, learning about the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony as you see the building in which it is held.
In the city center of Oslo, view the Royal Palace and continue to the Aker Brygge, offering stunning views of Oslo. Watch for the National Museum, which opened in June 2022. This is the largest museum in the Nordic countries.
Step into The Salmon Place to learn all about the salmon-farming industry. Norway is the largest producer of Atlantic salmon in the world, with its farming facilities along Helgelandskysten, surrounded by cold, fresh water and wild, beautiful nature. A little taste of Helgeland in the heart of Oslo comes in the form of a sample of hot-smoked, cold-smoked and cured salmon.
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so but must make their own way back to the ship.
