It is no secret that Harstad is a dream destination for all things adventurous. A quick ride away from the center of the city brings you a wealth of beaches and islands. Many of these are the perfect launch site for a kayaking trip.
Your guide will decide the best route depending on the weather and wind conditions of the day. Put on a dry suit to keep you warm. Listen to a short introduction to kayaking and a safety briefing; then set off, skimming across the North Sea on this paddling adventure.
You will explore the waters around Harstad for about an hour before pulling out to rest at one of the gorgeous beaches around you.
Return to Harstad by kayak via the same beautiful scenery.
Notes:
Minimum age is 12 years. Participants must be physically able to paddle a kayak for approximately two hours. Dress warmly in layers with a wind- and waterproof outer layer; bring gloves, a scarf and a warm hat.
