Step aboard a RIB (rigid inflatable) boat at the harbor for a speedy day at sea in Helsinki.
Your adventure begins by getting to know the beautiful Finnish archipelago. You'll also view Helsinki from a new perspective as the RIB reaches a speed of more than 40 knots as you wind through the archipelago.
Watch for the ship-building area and admire the huge size of the ships being built in the middle of the city.
You'll develop a taste for speed on the water as you pass under bridges and through some of the islands where distinctive Finnish summer cottages are situated.
You'll stop at a summer cottage in the archipelago, where the hostess will welcome you and offer some refreshments and typical, light Finnish snacks. Take a walk in the beautiful surroundings and hear the history of this very special place. Take a look at the traditional wooden sauna and feel free to take a swim in the sea -- a brisk experience amid the beauty of nature.
After your relaxing visit, the speed boat returns you to Helsinki and to your ship.

Tour operates subject to wind and weather conditions. Dress warmly in layers. Wear comfortable, non-skid walking shoes. Participants must be fit and outdoorsy. Raingear is provided in case of inclement weather. Minimum age is 10 years. Guests who are pregnant or have a back or neck condition are not allowed to participate. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing and bring a towel if you wish you swim.
