Travel by coach to the heart of Cádiz. En route, keep an eye out for the Mudejar-style tobacco factory, built in 1741, which now houses the regional Congress.
Your guide will also point out Santo Domingo Church, the old Royal Prison in Andalusian neo-Classical style, and the Roman theatre. Pass the ancient Phoenician port of La Caleta and the castle walls that once protected the town.
Leave the motorcoach at Plaza de España and walk to a nearby taverna. Step inside at Flamenco la Cava for a stylish demonstration of typical Spanish flamenco dance. Tapas and drinks will be served as you watch the performance.
