Take the old road to Jerez de la Frontera, whose climate makes possible cultivation of the different types of grapes that produce the three main sherry varieties. A panoramic drive brings you to a local cellar for a wine tasting session.
Visit the facilities of the Royal Andalusia School of Equestrian Arts -- a centenary institution protected by the Crown, where only the very best horses are trained to dance to music.
Take advantage of about 1.25 hours to observe the horses' movements during their rehearsal.
Notes:
Minimum age to participate in wine tasting is 18 years. Camera and video photography are not permitted at the Royal Andalusian School. The training at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art takes place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only (a few exceptions apply). Tour may be run ibn reverse order.
