Begin this culinary adventure by getting acquainted with homegrown local ingredients from Metate Restaurant's kitchen garden.
Armed with the freshest ingredients, you'll get started with a hands-on cooking experience that is all about wonderful, flavorsome Baja cuisine. The process will be smoothed with the assistance of a mezcal (similar to tequila) cocktail.
You'll create a shrimp and fish ceviche with avocado, onion, and pineapple, marinated pork tacos, and Flan Metate -- the house specialty -- for dessert.
Sit down afterward to dine alfresco in the garden .
