Guests who are pregnant or have a heart, back or neck condition are not allowed to participate. Maximum weight to ride a camel is 250 lbs. and guests will be weighed during the check-in process to verify weight. Guests ride camels in pairs - 2 guests per camel. Minimum age is 5 years. Wear closed-toe shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Cameras cannot be used on the camel ride. Bring local currency, as many vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars. The grounds are not accessible for wheelchairs, electric scooters, of foldable strollers.
