Grab your sombrero and bring your appetite for a delightful and delicious Mexican tradition — an authentic Birria experience.
The festivities begin when you transfer to the Mexican fiesta. Birria is one of the main dishes that has survived as part of the merger between the mission days and the native lifestyle of Loreto. Goats arrived in Baja California more than 450 years ago; they were the first livestock to settle in these extreme weather and land conditions. They are hardy animals, and the process to tenderize the meat takes eight hours of slow baking in a clay oven, seasoned by the flavors and colors of the sauce.
Your Birria will be cooked by a Ranchero cook, with handmade tortillas toasted on the grill and fantastic toppings to choose from. Savor the flavors of a delectable Mexican buffet as you make your own tacos.
The live music, traditional décor, and folkloric dancers will have your toes tapping. Join in a traditional Mexican Sombrero game for some added fun.
