Next, head to Puerto Nuevo for a lobster lunch. This fishing village's heyday dates back to the 1950s when travelers to Baja California discovered that Puerto Nuevo natives prepared this delicious crustacean in an unusual way -- deep fried, served with rice, butter, fabulous refried beans, and freshly-made flour tortillas.
