Leave the port of Sarande on a hydrofoil headed for Greece and the island of Corfu.
Upon arrival, switch to a coach and commence a panoramic drive introducing you to the island. You will pass through the main part of Corfu Town and head out into a lush and verdant countryside with olive, orange, and lemon trees.
Your destination is the village of Gastouri, where you will visit Achillion Palace -- the mansion built by the Empress Elisabeth of Austria and later owned by Kaiser Wilhelm II. It’s beautiful gardens and statues have been left intact for visitors to admire.
Continue to Kanoni for a distant view of the Convent of Vlacherna and Mouse Island.
Return to town via a different route for a guided walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town. Stop at beautiful St Spiridon Church before returning to the ship.
