Leave the port of Sarande on a hydrofoil headed for Greece and the island of Corfu.
Upon arrival, switch to a coach and commence a panoramic drive introducing you to the island. You will pass through the main part of Corfu Town and head out into a lush and verdant countryside with olive, orange and lemon trees.
Your destination is the village of Gastouri, where you will visit Mon Repos Palace-- the palace is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and was built as a summer residence for the British Commissioner of the Ionian Islands, Frederick Adam, in 1828, at the beginning of the peninsula of Kanoni opposite the ruins of Paleopolis.
Continue to Kanoni for a distant view of the Convent of Vlacherna and Mouse Island.
Return to town via a different route for a guided walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town. Stop at beautiful St Spiridon Church before returning to the ship.
