This active and beautiful biking tour takes place in Palma -- capital of, and largest city on, the island of Mallorca. Ciutat, as the locals know it, is a city open to the sea and the bay for which it is named. Discover it in a different way, by biking around the nicest spots of the city itself.
The bike route begins on the charming and exclusive Maritime Promenade (Paseo Maritímo), where a vast number of boats are moored.
Cycle close to the old walls of Palma and the antique defensive wall that has been preserved along the path of the sea promenade, which will lead you to Parque del Mar, a park with a lake exclusively created to reflect the ancient cathedral -- one of the few in the world built right next to the sea.
Take in the most impressive sights of the Old Town, from Modernist architecture by Gaudí to the magnificent plazas and churches, and some of the busiest streets for shopping, where most of the city life takes place.
Altogether, this is a fantastic experience not to be missed. Return to ship along the maritime promenade.
