Depart Livorno for an approximately 90-minute drive to Florence.
A brief walk will take you to a local cooking school, where you will meet the chef and start your hands-on lesson. Prepare an entire 4 course menu, from starters to dessert. You will then enjoy lunch featuring the recipes you prepared, of course accompanied by some Italian wine!
After enjoying this delicious homemade meal, you will receive copies of the recipes before following your guide on a walking tour through the Florence city center.
Stop in Santa Croce Square, where you will have approximately 90 minutes of free time before your drive back to the pier.
