Board a speedboat at the tender pier and set out for the island of Mljet. It is one of the most beautiful and most densely wooded in the Adriatic. The island's west side is a National Park consisting of two lakes. Travel to a tiny island in the middle of the great lake and enter the 12th-century Benedictine monastery. Bask in its cool serenity.
After some free time in Mljet village, take the boat to Vrnik -- an island famous for its rock quarry. It has a museum, art gallery, tavern, and several small pebble beaches. You will have time for a swim here if you wish.
Enjoy a lunch of traditional fare before the trip back to Korčula.
Notes:
Pregnant women or guests with back or conditions are not allowed to participate. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
