The patriarch of the family welcomes you to their cellars to taste some of the region's finest wines and speak with the producer himself, Andro Crvik.
Continue with a ride along the Adriatic coastline to the village of Oracas. Here, olive oil is produced the old-fashioned way -- the mill is driven by a horse. Step inside the old house to taste some olive oil and a snack of homemade cheese, smoked ham, and wine. This delicious experience feels like stepping into a time warp -- not much has changed in centuries.
