Start your ATV adventure with a short drive to Zupa valley where your ATV’s waiting for you. After short instructions about the safe handling of the ATV vehicles, start the ride passing through the colorful old local villages and olive trees to fortress Žarkovica. You will enjoy pure nature and beautiful views of the countryside, meadows and olive groves. It will make you feel like the time has stopped. From Žarkovica continue the tour with off-road ride to fortress Strincjera built in 19 centuries. Safety is also a priority here, but… here you will understand why the ATV vehicles are called ”small tractors”.
Strincjera is located 400m above sea level, at a position from which the entire northern, eastern and a part of the southeastern slopes of the hill “Srd” are visible. It was built there precisely for that reason during the Austrian ruling. Continue with the drive to Fortress Imperial. Its purpose was to guard the accesses to Dubrovnik from the aforementioned directions. From here, the pearl sea, the Lokrum island and the Old Town Dubrovnik can be seen as if they’re in the palm of your hand. We stop here, of course, so get your cameras ready. After photo stop continue with the ride back to start position where your transportation will wait you and return to the ship.
Please Note: The tickets are purchased per ATV, one ATV seats two guests. Not recommended for guests with back problems and pregnant women. Please bring Sunscreen, Sunglasses and wear comfortable clothes. A helmet will be provided on the tour. Minimum age to join the tour is 16 years.
