Join your guide on an extended walking tour throughout the fascinating Cartagena City Centre--Cartagena´s history museum is situated in the Tower of Homage -- one of the few buildings that remain from the Castle of Conception. Here you can discover the influence of the different civilizations that have passed through this city. Take in panoramic views over the city and over the site of the Roman theatre, discovered by chance in 1897.
Step inside the Punic Wall Interpretation Center, which contains the remains of the wall once used to defend Cartagena. In the 16th-century burial crypt, you'll see the frescoes of the dances of Death. After, you will find the ruins of the decumano and Cardo Maximo, ancient Roman roads. -- You'll also visit the ruins of the Roman theatre.
Enjoy some progressive snacking at three different tapas bars. In there, you will taste traditional delicacies accompanied by a glass of sangria, wine or a soft drink .
