Travel by coach to the Grotte della Castellana and enter a magical kingdom that is one of Italy's most famous cave complexes. Spend an hour in this wonderland of underground pathways and mineral formations.
Next, transfer to Polignano a Mare for a short walk to the Old Town. Explore on your own to revel in the relaxed atmosphere of southern Italy. Picturesque little streets wind through the historic district, lined with whitewashed buildings and beautiful terraces adorned with flowers. Check out the high cliffs on the Adriatic Sea that have made this Apulian town famous for the unusual sport of cliff diving.
Transfer back to Bari for a taste of local products before you return to the ship.
