Your tour starts with a drive to the Old Town. In the heart of Bilbão, the narrow streets are lined with Renaissance, Baroque and Modernist buildings. Stroll through this area as your guide points out the Cathedral of Santiago, the Gothic Church of San Anton and the Plaza Nueva (New Square), imparting the history of the city and its links to fine food.
Take in the old bakeries, pastry shops, delicatessen shops and the freshest fish, fruits and vegetables of the Ribera Market.
