Embark on a fascinating journey to view the diverse scenery of Tenerife.
You'll travel along the busy Santa Cruz waterfront and Las Teresitas Beach. The latter is a mile-long beach with 216,000 tons of golden sand imported from the former Spanish Sahara.
From San Andres, your coach climbs upwards into a wild landscape before you head through a tunnel cut into the Anaga Mountains, then slowly descends into the valley below.
Visit the hidden village of Taganana, renowned for its goat milk products and vineyards. While you're here, sample goat cheese and wine produced locally.
Climbing to the viewpoint at English Point, you will be treated to a splendid panorama of the Anaga Mountain Range and the tiny village of Pedro Alvarez.
Take advantage of a short photo stop at Mirador Jardina Lookout.
The old Spanish capital city of La Laguna staunchly maintains its colonial atmosphere at an elevation of 1,800 feet. Visit the La Iglesia del Cristo Church, where you will find examples of Gothic-Baroque architecture and a rich altar adorned in shining silver.
Notes:
Inside visit(s) may not be possible if religious services are being held.
