Your cooking lesson begins with an introduction to Berber culture and Moroccan cuisine. You’ll learn of the many cultures that influence its flavors. A lovely lunch is created using colorful fruits grown on the property, wild almonds found in the Atlas Mountains, and delicate cheeses from the nearby women’s cooperative.
