Sit back on this gentle panoramic drive through Hampshire countryside and into the county of Surrey. Your destination is the Royal Horticultural Society Gardens at Wisley.
Walk to the entrance; then, enjoy around two hours to explore the beautiful landscapes and tranquility of RHS Wisley. Chartered in 1903, Wisley is the RHS flagship garden, and it is easy to spot why. Flourishes of the modern day beautifully integrate with more quintessentially classic British arrangements, all of which are nestled among plants, trees, flowers and shrubs from all around the world. Don’t miss the glasshouse, whose tropical climate whisks you (only virtually!) off to foreign shores.
Take some time to relax over a classic British cream tea -- tea or coffee accompanied by a freshly baked scone, cream and jam.
You’ll have time to browse in the gift shop before returning to the ship.
Notes:
Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Terrain includes even and uneven surfaces, cobblestones, inclines, gravel, grass, and steps. There are ongoing roadworks in the vicinity of the Gardens. Traffic can be unpredictable; your patience is greatly appreciated if a delay extends the tour duration.
