Your journey begins with a comfortable drive from Mandal to Vennesla, where you'll embark on a 4 km walk along the Tømmerrenna Timber Slide. This fascinating timber slide, once used to transport logs downriver, offers a glimpse into Norway’s rich industrial history and beautiful natural landscapes. As you walk, you’ll marvel at the surrounding forest and scenic views while learning about the history of timber rafting.
