Sopot is a seaside resort that evolved from a simple fishing village into a favorite with Poland's aristocracy. Its history is far less turbulent than that of Gdansk, and in the 19th century, it became known as the summer capital of Poland.
This transfer may suit you if you would like to explore on your own. It consists of a motorcoach ride from the ship to Sopot. You will be dropped off at a central location, and the coach escort will advise you of the pick-up time for the return journey. You will have approximately two hours to shop and explore independently.
Notes:
Guide service, taxi transfers, entrance fees and lunch are not included in the transfer price. It is your responsibility to be at the pick-up point at the given return time. An English-speaking escort will be aboard the transfer motorcoach to answer questions en route. Bring local currency and credit cards, as many vendors do not accept US dollars. Travel time to Sopot is approximately 30 minutes each way.
