Hailed as the most French city outside of France, Québec is a spectacle of charm and character. On this panoramic drive, view the Old Town's historic landmarks and journey along the St-Lawrence River to view the spectacular Montmorency Falls.
Place-Royale is a beautifully-restored market square with typical 17th- and 18th-century stone architecture. Nearby, you'll see the oldest standing catholic church in North America -- Notre-Dame-des-Victoires.
National Battlefields Park, also known as the Plains of Abraham, is where the French surrendered to the British in 1759. Take photos from Parc Jeanne d'Arc.
Your route will take you along the Grande-Allée -- Québec's shopping street lined with quaint shops, sidewalk cafés, and boutiques -- to the Hôtel du Parlement. This imposing Second Empire-style building overlooks the city.
Pass through some beautiful pastoral landscapes in Quebec’s countryside to the bottom of Montmorency Falls. See the powerful forces of nature at work as the water of the Montmorency River roars down the cliff to eventually meet with the St-Lawrence River.
Notes:
This tour is available only to guests whose cruise ends in Quebec. The drop-off point for all guests will be the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. If the Chateau Frontenac is not your final destination, you must make your own arrangements from there for transportation of you and your luggage to that final destination (at your own expense).
