Stop for photos at one of the four geologically fascinating places where the Earth's mantle protrudes through the crust for all to see.
Pause outside a fish-processing plant for some interpretive discussion on fish harvesting, processing, and the infamous 1992 cod moratorium. A 15-minute stroll along the waterfront introduces you to the unique and colorful fishing dories (boats) that make for picturesque photos.
Step inside an indoor venue to meet the local villagers. You're treated to a musical performance and square dance showcasing the province of Newfoundland and a sampling of regional culinary delicacies.
