Transfer to the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Museum, with more than 800,000 gallons of water and 300 hands-on exhibits. This is the largest aquarium in Virginia, and its exhibits include jellyfish and octopus aquariums, a 70,000-gallon sea turtle aquarium, and a 300,000-gallon ocean aquarium housing sharks, stingrays and other large ocean fish. Take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay on a panoramic drive through Virginia Beach. Along the waterfront, elegant private residences and charming coastal cottages give way to the famous resort strip. You'll have some free time on the Boardwalk.
