With just 20 minutes in the air, you'll come to appreciate all of Nanaimo from a bird's-eye perspective.
A luxury Sprinter van transfers you to the seaplane terminal. Taking off from Nanaimo Harbour is the perfect introduction to flying in a floatplane, taking in the twisting coastline of Vancouver Island, its rainforest, undulating topography, and the sprawling Strait of Georgia.
Your tour ends back at the seaplane terminal with a transfer back to the ship.
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so but must make their own way back to the ship.
Notes:
Tour operates rain or shine but may be canceled by the operator in the event of unsuitable conditions. Terrain includes two steep steps and a narrow doorway to board the aircraft. Maximum weight is 300 lbs fully clothed.
