Sightseeing on two wheels is a fun way to explore the beautiful beaches, dramatic coastline and incredible scenery of Whitsunday Island. Your experienced guide takes you through a step-by-step lesson on your personal Segway transporter, which intuitively responds to your body language. After donning your helmet, you're ready to roll.
Follow your guide along Bicentennial Boardwalk, built in 1988 to commemorate the arrival of the first fleet of British convict ships in 1788. Just a little over two miles long, the boardwalk meanders between the lagoon in Airlie Beach and the parklands at Cannonvale Beach.
You'll pass Shingley Beach's shade trees, manicured lawns and picnic areas and enjoy a break here. Back on your Segway, return to base via the Bicentennial Boardwalk.
