Commonly referred to as SUP by enthusiasts, stand up paddle boarding is one of the most popular water activities around. It’s a fun and healthy way to make the most of Tangalooma Island’s stunning beaches. Not only will you enjoy a few laughs as you find your balance, paddle boarding is also great for general fitness through strength and balance exercise which strengthens your core.
With an experience guide by your side to provide pointers, this tour is suitable for beginners through to experienced paddlers.

Notes:
Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat and SPF30+ or higher factor sunscreen. Make sure to bring swimmers, a towel, and bottled water. Not suitable for guests using a wheelchair or with mobility limitations. Pregnant guests and those who suffer from epilepsy are required to obtain a medical clearance/doctors’ note specifying they are medically cleared to participate in the SUP tour, a physical or digital copy of the doctors’ note must be available at tour check-in and must be current within the last 6 months. A parent or guardian must be participating with any guests 16 years or age or younger, a parent or guardian must be present for check-in for all guests under the age of 18. Minimum age is 12 years.
