Standing proud as one of the world’s largest sand islands, Moreton Island is a natural wonderland just waiting to be explored. Taking in its nature, history and amazing views.
You will depart from Tangalooma Island Resort by 4x4 coach and head along the western beaches on the bay side of the island, passing through the towns of Cowan Cowan and Bulwer before arriving at North Point. Here, break for a light meal and a glass of sparkling wine.
Continue to Honeymoon Bay and Champagne Pools and discover the incredible beauty of this pristine bay. Visit the Cape Moreton Lighthouse -- the oldest lighthouse in Queensland.
Head down the surf side of Moreton Island to view the 25-mile-long eastern beach -- it has to be seen to be believed.
