On this exclusive tour of marvelous Melbourne, join a passionate local guide who specializes in the social and cultural life of Melbourne and will lead you on foot through the city's fascinating labyrinth of atmospheric arcades and alleyways. Discover lanes filled with trendy cafés and eclectic boutiques, and keep your eyes peeled for some quite out-there graffiti (street art!).
You will see both sides of the posterity-and-progress coin as you encounter buildings such as the old General Post Office that have been renewed and repurposed -- a wonderful way to discover Melbourne's architectural and cultural heritage.
Enjoy a late morning coffee at a local café and return to the ship on the famous Melbourne tram (escorted by your guide).
Guests wishing to stay in town to shop or explore independently are welcome to do so but must make their own way back to the ship.
