Meet a brewer and distiller who will talk you through the local philosophy, which is based on crafting drinks using the natural resources and ingredients found close to Hobart. Once the "fixings" have been curated, it becomes about a production process that takes place in such a way that the ingredients remain fresh and flavorful, and reflects the maker's expression of individual style in the finished product.
