A relaxing panoramic drive brings you to Queensland's largest and most-awarded winery -- Sirromet. You will sample approximately eight different wines here in the lovely setting of the estate's world-class cellar door. Take home with you a gift -- a bottle of Vineyard Selection wine.
Journey south to Mt Tamborine, a volcanic plateau that is home to National Parks and chic villages complete with galleries, cafés and craft studios.
Take time out at the charming Cedar Creek Estate winery restaurant overlooking a lake. The area is alive with native birdlife and is the perfect setting for your wine-tasting experience and a set-menu lunch. Your visit includes a guided walk through a private glow-worm cave.
Continue your journey further into the rain forest at the Tamborine Rainforest Discovery Skywalk. Set out along the Rainforest Eco Gallery -- a spectacular elevated walkway through the rain forest's beautiful middle and upper canopies. It descends gradually to the lower canopy, passing rockpools and waterfalls, a butterfly lookout, and sheltered rest areas. You'll reach the amazing Cantilever -- a 131-foot-long span 98 feet above the valley. Enjoy the spectacular views of the creek and the rain forest canopies below.
Finally, return along the rain forest floor.
