This outing is all about the very special panoramic view offered from atop Mt Rokko. You will drive up the mountain to the Mt Rokko Observatory. At almost 3,000 feet, Mt Rokko is the highest peak in the mountain range that spreads 19 miles from northeast to southwest, north of the cities of Kobe, Ashiya and Nishinomiya.
