View Seoul from the comfort of a motor coach, beginning with an 80-minute drive from the pier at Incheon to South Korea’s capital city.
You’ll pass by the Blue House—the Korean presidents’ residence, which has been open to the public since 1998.
Enjoy some time to stroll around at the Gyeongbok Palace, built in 1394 as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). This is the largest and grandest of the five palaces dating from that period.
Then proceed to Bukchon Hanok Village, home to hundreds of traditional houses, called hanok.
Don’t miss Insa-dong Street. This area is one of the most memorable attractions in Seoul and is undoubtedly the focal point of traditional Korean culture and crafts. Stores in Insa-dong specialize in a wide variety of goods that can only be purchased or appreciated in Korea—hanbok (traditional clothing), hanji (traditional paper), traditional teas, pottery, and folk crafts.
After lunch, you will stop at Gwangjang Market— The oldest traditional market of Seoul. After being shown as a restaurant in Seoul in the 2019 Netflix series "Street food," this location rose to fame. You have 40 minutes to find out for yourself; then you will return to the ship at Incheon, 90 minutes away.
