View Seoul from the comfort of a motorcoach, beginning with an 80-minute drive from the pier at Incheon to South Korea’s capital city.
You’ll pass the Blue House, the residence of the Korean President, which has been open to the public since 1998.
Take some time to stroll around Gyeongbok Palace, built in 1394 as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). It is the largest and grandest of the five palaces from that period.
Amazing Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses called hanok.
Don’t miss Insa-dong Street -- one of the most memorable attractions in Seoul and is undoubtedly the focal point of traditional Korean culture and crafts. Stores in Insa-dong specialize in a wide variety of goods that can only be purchased or appreciated in Korea, including hanbok (traditional clothing), hanji (traditional paper), traditional teas, pottery, and folk crafts.
After lunch, shop at Gwangjang Market -- the oldest traditional market in Seoul. This location rose to fame after it was featured in the 2019 Netflix series Street Food. You have 40 minutes to explore on your own; then, return to the ship at Incheon, 90 minutes away.
