Journey about 45 minutes from the port to Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort. Set amidst a nature reserve overlooking two miles of idyllic beach, this resort enchants endlessly with its natural magic. Pantai Dalit Beach is surrounded by 400 acres of verdant tropical forest, ensuring the feeling of privacy and seclusion. The resort is home to an eco-friendly championship golf course and the magnificent Spa at Dalit Bay.
Enjoy a welcome drink and explore the resort facilities -- the swimming pool or beach area. Later afternoon, you will be invited to enjoy a lunch of Western, Malay and Asian favorites at the resort's award-winning Tepi Laut Restaurant.
Unique to the resort is the Nature Interpretation Center. Explore Borneo's wildlife at the Center through jungle walks and nocturnal watch.
Notes:
Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. Jungle Walk and other activities are optional and can be purchased from the resort's Recreation & Nature Interpretation Center at your own expense.
