Relive the edgy days of saloons, dance halls, shootouts, ladies of the night, and cancan girls on a fun-filled journey through Skagway's colorful history.
Board a motorcoach for a narrated panoramic drive through historic downtown Skagway.
At the Red Onion Saloon, a splendidly costumed madam greets you with a souvenir garter and a gold miner's breakfast of scrambled eggs topped with cheese, sausage links, seasonal fruit and a melt-in-your-mouth biscuit served with butter and honey. Delight in tales of Klondike Kate, Diamond-Tooth Lil and other enterprising women who worked at the Red Onion in 1898 and of the saloon's more recent (but no less intoxicating) history. Try a Red-Light Bloody Mary, Klondike Koffee, mimosa, or cocktail of your choice.
Head upstairs to the celebrated Brothel Museum and explore the hallway, bedrooms, and artifacts left behind by the 'soiled doves' of yesteryear. Have your photo taken with one of the Madams before the bustling bar opens to the public.
Journey over to the Gold Rush Cemetery -- final resting place of some of the more colorful characters of the Klondike Gold Rush.
From the Lookout, photograph the sweeping view of the Skagway Valley, glacier-clad mountains, Lynn Canal, and your cruise ship.
