Head to Uncharted Distillery, set in a charming historic fire station. Here, you’ll peek behind the scenes of the distilling process, and sample spirits made in-house.
Learn about flavor profiles, infusing and blending; then, you’ll take that new knowledge upstairs to the lab. The fun continues with a hands-on experience of blending spirits and infusing them with an array of flowers, herbs, and spices to craft your own private reserve gin, vodka, whiskey or agave spirit.
Once your infusion is complete, bottle it and create a personalized label from an array of templates ranging from silly to suave to serious. Use this opportunity to present your own style because you’ll be showing off your bottle to friends and family at home.
Your recipe will be kept on hand for re-orders for years to come.
Notes:
Participants receive a 375ml bottle of their own blend, which is safety-sealed and corked. Tour operates rain or shine but may be canceled by the operator in the event of extremely bad weather or unsuitable conditions. Bring a raincoat. Tour requires walking to the distillery. There are 23 steps leading up to the classroom. Minimum age is 21 years with photo ID. Bring local currency or credit cards for optional gift shop purchases, additional bottles of locally distilled alcohol, and shipping.
