Savor the flavor of wild-caught Alaskan salmon and an immersive cooking experience where you’ll learn how to prepare it.
You’ll make three simple, yet delicious, salmon dishes using locally caught fish and secret family recipes. Your instructor is a third generation fisherman and a registered dietitian. She will share stories surrounding the local fishing industry, the health benefits of salmon, and how to find the best seafood wherever you live.
This interactive experience includes hands-on workstations where everyone is actively participating in preparing the meal.
Devour what you made for lunch (or dinner) when you sit around the table with scenic views of the beautiful Tongass Narrows. Floatplanes, fishing boats, and wildlife provide a beautiful backdrop while you savor every delicious morsel.
